Week3: Project1 -- Tagliatelle with tomato sauce

Materials:
4 eggs
5 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 carrot
Basil leaf
salt
flour
Tomato sauce



Step:
1. Make a crater of flour and add four eggs. Mix together.
2. Tear the dough into pieces and knead them together so that the dough is softer
3. Roll the dough out with a rolling pin to form a pancake.
4. Cut five cloves of garlic in half
5. Add tomato paste, carrots and basil leaves and discard them before serving
6. Fold the pancakes into long strips, cut them into shreds, and loosen them.
7. Salt the pasta water. Salt the pasta tomato sauce.
8.Pour the sauce over the noodles.
